ODISHA BHULEKH: NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT LAND RECORDS

The revenue department of the Government of Odisha has launched an online portal called Bhulekh Odisha. Its aim is to provide all the land and revenue related information and services to their citizens online. Like other Bhulekh accounts launched by other states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, etc., this also aims to provide similar services to the citizens of the state. An online land record management system has been launched by the government which integrates the services of land and registration to serve the users better called ‘Online Land Record’.

Here in this article, we are providing you all the necessary details you will need to avail of those services. This portal is managed by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Odisha. There are 30 districts and 317 tehsils in the state and the beneficiaries of these services are the citizens of the state.

WHAT ARE BHULEKH ODISHA Ror DOCUMENTS?

ROR documents, in other words, Record of Right documents are those which carry the land owner’s name.  If a person wants to sell his/her land then this document is very important and it is not possible to complete the above-mentioned transaction without this document. Important information like owner’s name, land’s history, its cost, its surroundings etc. are all mentioned in that document.

  • Kiosk Operator Service Charges: Rs. 8;

ROR APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

  • If you want to submit the ROR documents, follow the below-mentioned steps:
  • Visit the District Revenue Office and get the application form from there.
  • Fill the entire form with asked credentials and attach the relevant documents.
  • Submit the application form. Keep the acknowledgment slip issued to you while submitting it.
  • The procedure will take place and after that, a certified copy of ROR will be issued to you.

PROCEDURE OF CHECKING THE ROR DOCUMENTS:

  • Visit the official website www bhulekh Odisha of the portal and go on ‘Select Location for ROR’ directly.
  • Then select your district, tehsil, village, and RI Circle. Once done, choose either from Khatiyan or Plot or Tenant.
    • While choosing from the option of Khatiyan, select the Khatiyan from the list.
    • When choosing the option of Plot, select the plot number afterward from the list.
    • When choosing Tenant, select the tenant names afterward.
  • After selecting the relevant details, click on the ‘ROR Front Page’ or ‘ROR Back Page’ as per your requirement.
  • The ROR will show on your screen.

  • To check the map, follow the process given below:
  • Open the original website.
  • Select your District and click on the Submit button.
  • Select your Plot Number.
  • The information belongs to the plot will be showing in front of you.

HOW TO GET RELEVANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TEHSIL?

  • Visit the Odisha Bhulekh’s official website http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/
  • Click on the option of ‘Tehsil Info’ in the menu bar.
  • Select your district and tehsil and click on ‘Go!’
  • All details would appear on the screen.
