KALIA i.e Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation. The KALIA Yojana is a scheme launched by the Government of Odisha, India to provide financial and livelihood support to small and marginal farmers, landless agriculture laborers, and small entrepreneurs in the state. The scheme aims to support these groups in improving their livelihoods, reducing poverty, and increasing their income.

The KALIA Yojana provides financial assistance in the form of direct cash transfers, as well as support for agriculture and livelihood activities, such as crop cultivation, livestock rearing, and poultry farming. It also provides financial assistance for the purchase of agriculture inputs, such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.

The scheme is open to all eligible beneficiaries in the state of Odisha and the benefits are provided through the direct benefit transfer (DBT) mode. To be eligible for the KALIA Yojana, beneficiaries must be small and marginal farmers, landless agriculture laborers, or small entrepreneurs, and they must meet the specified criteria set by the government.
