MasterChef India 2023 Judges, Telecast & Timing

The show is based on the Australian show MasterChef Australia. In this season, we are going to see MasterChef contestants who are from different places of India. They are going to present regional food as well as creatively enhance it with international flavours.

Vikas Khanna: He is from Amritsar, India. He studied and learned from the Culinary Institute of America as well as New York University. He also has past seasons of the show.

Garima Arora : She said that her cook Vikas was the one who brought her on board. Garima is a Michelin star awardee. She is judging a show for the first time. She said that she is very excited and looking forward to Indian local food.

Ranveer Brar: He has also judged the last two seasons. He was born in a Sikh family and has been fond of cooking since childhood. He has taken his education from Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow.

The Chefs took auditions in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi. The last season, Abhinas Nayak was the winner of MasterChef India.

MasterChef India Season 7

The MasterChef premiere episode saw the contestants present their best to impress the judges and secure their place in the competition. Apart from this, they also shared their life stories as well as what inspired the dish they created to compete.

Participants came from all over the country. The audition for this competition was held in Kolkata. Priyanka Kundu Biswas was the first contestant to get the MasterChef apron this season. The name of her dish was Bridge of Love, a cake filled with cinnamon flared apples.
